This vacation house is situated in the outskirts of Lucca. It has been completely restructed and finished in 2006. It offers maximum confort with private parking, large garden with a play area for children, a salted sea water swimming pool entirely surrounded by green and a barbacue area.
Inside we have four apartments, two on each floor. On the third floor we have two more attic apartments. All
six apartments have a large living area with a sofa bed, a colourfull kitchen, one double bed bedroom with shower and a storage room. It’s tastefull interior design is very pleasing. We, of course, have airconditioning and LCD television in each apartment, washing machine and dryer in common with the other apartments.
This vacation house is a short driving distance to the beautifull beach Versilia, the Apuane alpine mountains,
the apennine Tosco-Emiliano, and the most important medieval and artistic cities of the Tuscany.
Thanks to all this “The lion and the butterfly” is the most appropiate vacation house to have a relaxing and adventurous vacation.
